Why we started Revvolution AI?
Before starting Revvolution AI, we had over 15+ years of combined experience in various Go-to-Market (GTM) and operation roles globally, spanning across Public companies, Scaleups and startups. During this time, we observed two pressing issues across the board.
First, growing complexities in existing business models and ambitious growth goals for every revenue stakeholder made it clear that Go-To-Market leaders needed a strategic partner who had a bird's-eye view of end to end operations internally, thereby guiding leaders toward their growth goals with real-time access to data, insights and strategical inputs for laser-focused execution.
Second, we witnessed the evolution of "Revenue Operations" (RevOps) as a specialised function to support these leaders. However, RevOps professionals often found themselves solving fundamental issues like data hygiene, systems inefficiencies, and reporting problems that had accumulated long before they even started their tenure. This meant, GTM leaders couldn't fully leverage the RevOps function's potential impact. As leaders ourselves, we saw this gap widening significantly with every passing quarter.
To address these challenges, we decided to create solutions that would empower both the parties in the equation. For RevOps, this meant freeing up time to focus on strategic work by automating mundane tasks. For Go-To-Market leaders, it meant enabling critical decision-making with improved data accessibility and proactive real-time insights.
This led us to build Revvolution AI, an "AI RevOps Partner for Go-to-Market leaders."
